care.
Everything here is printed or embroidered to order on garments we've sourced for quality and longevity. In order to keep your pieces looking their best over a long time, we recommend following the instructions we've provided for each product. The short version: cold water, inside out, air dry when you can, and keep heat off the print. The longer version, by what you've got:
printed apparel
Tees, tanks, t-shirt dresses, and long-sleeve crops: the graphics are direct-to-garment / screen prints, and heat plus agitation is what cracks them.
- Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, turned inside out.
- Like colors only. No bleach, and skip the fabric softener. It builds up on the print and dulls it.
- Tumble dry low, or hang dry (hang dry wins for longevity).
- If you iron, iron inside out and never directly on the print.
- No dry cleaning.
sweatshirt
Same rules as the printed apparel above, plus: reshape it while it's damp and dry it flat or on a wide hanger so the shoulders don't stretch into points. Cold wash keeps the fleece from pilling early.
headwear
The snapbacks and the 5-panel are structured. Machine washing warps the brim and the front panel. Treat them gently and wash by hand only.
- Spot clean with cold water and a little mild soap on a cloth or soft brush.
- For a deeper clean, hand wash cold and let it air dry over something bowl-shaped so it keeps its form.
- No machine wash, no dryer. Heat unseats the structure and the embroidery.
- The rope cap is softer and more forgiving, but air-dry it the same way.
bandana
Machine wash cold, hang dry. Expect a little shrink on the first wash. That's the cotton, not a defect. Iron on low from the back if you want it crisp, but we find that it hang dries quickly.
tote
Cold wash inside out, hang dry, and don't iron the print. If it's just dusty, a damp cloth does the job without a full wash.
bottles
Insulated stainless steel: hand wash only.
- Warm water, mild soap, bottle brush. Rinse and air dry with the cap off.
- No dishwasher. The heat cycle kills the vacuum insulation and can lift the print.
- No microwave, no freezer, no boiling liquids sitting capped for hours.
- The straw and lid come apart. Pull them and clean the gaskets so nothing gets funky.
prints
Paper, not fabric. Keep it dry and out of direct sun.
- Handle by the edges; skin oils mark the surface over time.
- Store flat or framed behind glass. Direct sunlight fades inks over months.
- Spills don't come out of paper. Blot, don't rub, and accept the battle scar.
