shipping.
deafiant ships through Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment network. Your order is made when you place it; we don't carry warehouse stock. That means a couple of moving parts: fulfillment time before the carrier picks it up, then carrier transit time to your door. Here's what each one looks like.
rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Printful prices each shipment based on the product weight, your address, and the carrier service available to that destination. You'll see the exact rate before you pay. No hidden post-purchase add-ons.
Domestic (US). USPS First Class for small items (bandanas, stickers, lightweight tees); USPS Priority or UPS Ground for heavier items (outerwear, hoodies). Typical rate bands sit between $4–$15 depending on weight + destination.
International. Printful ships globally through USPS, DHL, and local-carrier handoff. Rates and available services vary by country. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility. We don't collect them at checkout and Printful doesn't pre-pay them. Your country's customs office will invoice you directly if anything's owed.
processing time
From order placement to carrier handoff:
- Bandanas, tees, accessories: 2 to 5 business days at Printful's facility.
- Outerwear (hoodies, jackets, embroidered pieces): 5 to 7 business days; embroidery and heavier print work adds a day or two over standard DTG.
Business days are Monday through Friday in Printful's fulfillment-center time zone, excluding US federal holidays. High-volume drop windows (limited editions, batch releases) can push this by a day or two; if we know in advance, we say so on the product page.
transit time
After Printful hands your package to the carrier, transit is on the carrier's schedule. Rough envelopes:
- US domestic: 2 to 5 business days for USPS, 2 to 7 for UPS Ground depending on origin/destination distance.
- Canada: 5 to 10 business days, plus any customs hold at the border.
- EU, UK, AU/NZ: 7 to 14 business days, customs-dependent.
- Everywhere else: varies widely; check the tracking link in your shipping email.
tracking
When Printful hands your order to the carrier, we email you from orders@deafiant.com with the carrier's tracking number and a tracking link. The tracking page itself is the carrier's (usps.com, ups.com, or the equivalent). Bookmark it; that's the authoritative source for delivery updates.
Big orders can ship in more than one package. Each package gets its own email and its own tracking number.
when something goes sideways.
address changes after submission
We can change the shipping address while the order is still in Printful's queue, before it enters fulfillment. Once it's been picked, printed, or handed to the carrier, the address is locked. Email us as soon as you notice the mistake; the sooner the better.
lost in transit
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you don't have it, first: check with neighbors, the building manager, the actual carrier (USPS sometimes marks a package delivered a day early). If it still hasn't shown up after 5 business days from the "delivered" scan, email us with your order number and we'll work with Printful and the carrier on a reship or refund.
If tracking goes silent for more than 10 business days post-ship on a domestic order (or 21 business days international), same thing: reach out and we'll investigate.
damaged on arrival
Photograph the damaged item + the packaging it came in (the outer mailer matters; carriers use it to verify carrier-caused damage versus pre-ship defect). Send the photos and your order number to support within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See returns for the specifics on the defect process.
refused / undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to Printful as undeliverable (bad address, refused at customs, unclaimed at the local PO), we can reship to a corrected address at your cost or issue a refund for the product less the original shipping. Customs-related refusals are not refundable on the shipping line. That cost is sunk once the package crosses a border.
Effective 2026.07.17. We update this page when the policy changes materially.
